Primecare Research Lab Customer Registration Service Agreemen

I. Notice Provisions

Welcome to signing this Customer Registration Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") with Primecare Research Lab (hereinafter referred to as "we" or “us”) and using our customer inquiry and service system!

Please be sure to carefully read the entire content of this Agreement, especially the terms that limit or exclude liability (we have highlighted them for your attention using bold text or underlining) before registering, filling in information, or clicking "Agree". If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please immediately stop the registration and information submission process.

Once you click the "I have read and agree" button, or continue to fill in information and submit the form, it will be deemed that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement and are willing to be bound by them.

II. Definitions

1.  Primecare Research Lab Platform: Referring to the official website, mini-programs, web-page forms, customer systems, and other service channels operated by Saint Bella and its affiliates, it's used to provide customers with non-transactional services such as full-cycle family care knowledge, course registration, maternity service consultation, customer profile establishment, and event information notification.

2.  Customer: Referring to a natural person who registers, submits personal information, or uses related services through the Primecare Research Lab official website or other means, it's also referred to as "you."

3.  Customer Profile: Referring to the collection of data established by the platform for a customer, based on the information proactively submitted by the customer, it's used to provide personalized services such as follow-up consultation, appointment scheduling and event pushes.

4.  Service Information: It includes but is not limited to web-page content, customer service recommendations, event notifications, service matching suggestions, preliminary appointments, etc.

5.  Platform Rules and Privacy Policy: It refers to the policies, notices, and rules applicable to customer registration, service use, data processing, etc., that have been published or will be published by this platform in the future.

III. Scope of Agreement

3.1 Agreement Parties

This Agreement is entered into between the customer personally and the operator of the Primecare Research Lab Platform and is legally binding on both parties.

If you are under 18 years old or do not have full civil capacity, you should complete the registration with the assistance of your guardian, and the act of registration will be deemed as having obtained the consent of your guardian.

3.2 Scope of Agreement Application

This Agreement applies to customers' use of various functions and related support services provided by Primecare Research Lab Platform, including registration, customer profile establishment, customer inquiries, appointment services, and event reception.

We may introduce new functional modules from time to time, and corresponding supplementary agreements or service descriptions will be published separately. If you continue to use such functions, it will be deemed that you accept the relevant supplementary terms.

3.3 Agreement Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement based on business development and legal changes and will publicize such modifications through the official website, pop-up windows, etc. If you do not agree with the updated content, you should stop using the services. If you continue to use the services after the agreement is updated, it will be deemed that you accept the changed content.

IV. Service Content

4.1 Customer Registration and Profile Creation

You understand and agree that after you actively submit information such as "Title, Name, Country/Region, Date of Birth, Contact Phone Number, Email Address," we will use this information to create you a "Customer Profile" which will be used for purposes including follow-up services, service consultant assignment and content recommendations, etc.

4.2 Personalized Consultation and Recommendation Services

We may provide you with personalized service recommendations, consultant matching, store guidance, appointment arrangements, and other service-oriented content of a non-commercial advertising nature, based on the information you submitted, such as your region, age group, and anticipated service needs.

4.3 Activity Notifications and Experience Invitations

You can choose whether to receive invitations to service experience days, member discount notifications, new store opening reminders, and similar content from us. If you agree to receive them, we will contact you via phone call, SMS, email, etc. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4.4 Customer Service Communication and Records

Your communications with platform customer service or consultants (including via web forms, phone call, WeChat, email, etc.) may be retained by the system to improve service quality and follow-up efficiency. We promise to properly protect this information and will not disclose it to third parties.

V. Personal Information Protection

VI. Customer Obligations

6.1 You should ensure that the information you fill in is true, accurate, and complete. If services cannot be provided or are provided incorrectly due to erroneous information, you will bear the related consequences yourself.

6.2 You should use the platform services reasonably and shall not engage in the following behaviors:

VII. Disclaimer and Service Termination

7.1 If service interruption, modification, or termination occurs due to force majeure, system failures, policy changes, etc., we will endeavor to notify you but shall not be liable for compensation.

7.2 If you actively request the deletion of your customer profile or withdraw all information authorizations, we will terminate service provision and delete or anonymize the relevant information in accordance with the law.

7.3 If you seriously violate this Agreement or applicable laws, we have the right to immediately suspend services and block your customer profile.

VIII. Dispute Resolution

8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

8.2 If any dispute arises between the parties regarding the content or performance of this Agreement, it shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the competent People's Court in the location of the platform for litigation.

IX. Appendix: Supplementary Definition of Terms

For ease of understanding, this appendix provides supplementary explanations for the main terms involved in this Agreement:

1.  Customer Inquiry Information: Referring to information such as name, title, contact information, birthday, location, service intent, etc., it is submitted by the customer via the official website form to be used for subsequent communication and service recommendations.

2.  Customer Profile: Referring to a user profile created by the platform based on information submitted by the customer, it's used for matching consultants, recommending services and arranging experience activities.

3.  Service Consultant: It refers to dedicated staff members who provide customers with service recommendations, store guidance and activity notifications.

4.  Experience Day Activity Invitations: It refers to the platform's service of notifying customers about open days, new product experiences and promotional activities, etc., organized periodically.

5.  Privacy Policy: Referring to the full text of Primecare Research Lab Privacy Policy published by the platform, it details the collection, usage, storage and disclosure of user information and users' rights.

6.  Non-transactional Platform: This platform does not provide e-commerce transaction services such as shopping, payment, or shipping. It is solely used for customer consultation and pre-service experience communication and management.
